STAND TALL

God's commands can change your heart,
They're a love and honor drill;
An indestructible test,
Of proper conduct at will.
Commands one, two, three and four
Order respect and devotion,
The others teach self-control;
Practice all ten one by one.
I learned the Ten Commandments
During Sunday School one day;
And they became the lessons
That taught me how to pray.
I think of God, praise Him first,
Picture His home in heaven;
Where He creates miracles,
And forgives us when we sin.
I thank God that He's in charge;
He knows me the best of all.
He's the fairest judge I know,
He's the reason I stand tall.
