blessings anyone
can receive when they
trust the Lord
SINNER'S PRAYER IX
to Deanna Hilton
God respects your right to make your own choices, right or wrong.
He cannot make a new person of you until you make him captain of your ship.
As you read this poem, ask The Lord God to show you how to have everlasting joy, happiness and peace.
Holy Lord God of heaven,
My rock—my deliverer—
My fortress in time of need,
Change things from the way they were.
Father, I believe in You,
And the one who paid the price;
He kept my sins from your eyes,
Through His holy sacrifice.
I believe Your son Jesus,
Died for my sins long ago;
That His blood covered my sin,
And washed my sin white as snow.
I believe my young savior,
Was buried after He died;
Wrapped in a clean linen cloth—
Placed in a tomb—sealed inside.
I believe our beloved,
Rose again on the third day;
The big entrance stone was moved—
The place was bare where He lay.
I believe, yes I believe,
Your word says if I ask you—
That you will answer my call,
Lord; I want to be saved too.

If you trust the words you just read; and you truly believe in your heart that
1. Jesus died, 2. He was buried, and 3. Jesus rose—then you're ready to
receive Jesus into your life by an act of faith.
You know God loves you—You know that you are a sinner—You know your
sins separated you from God. Jesus’ blood pardoned you. Covered your
sins. His blood hid your sins from God’s eyes.
Confess—tell someone 'bout the blessing you received here—and rejoice
—because you believe...you are saved!
