HALL OF FAITH
to Larry Ramsdale
A big GOD saved Noah from a big flood,
Noah trusted his life to GOD'S arms;
A big GOD saved Jonah from a big fish,
Jonah believed God kept him from harm.
A big GOD saved Daniel from a big lion,
Daniel felt sure GOD was present then;
A big GOD saved David from a big giant,
David relied on GOD to help him.
A big GOD saved Esther from a big curse,
Esther knew she could count on GOD'S plan;
A big GOD saved Isaac from a big test,
Isaac looked up at GOD in heaven.
A big GOD saved Jacob from a big trick,
Jacob listened and GOD led him home;
A big GOD saved Joseph from a big well,
Joseph touched GOD, he wasn't alone.
A big GOD saved Rahab from a big wall,
Rahab faithfully hid the two spies;
A big GOD saved Caleb from a big lie,
Caleb's loyalty won him the prize.
Their choices were't easy but they kept the faith,
GOD led them every step of the way;
So, I hung their pictures in GOD's Hall of Faith,
'Cause they knew how to trust and obey!
