| And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. MATTHEW 19:5 & 6 KJV | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
YEAR AFTER YEAR to Larry Ramsdale I looked for someone just like you All my youth I searched everywhere; I could see you in my daydreams, When I'd close my eyes you'd be there. The man of my dreams was witty Like you with that same twinkling eye; His laugh encouraged adventure, When you laugh like that man I sigh. The smile you smile when you're amused Is the same one I saw him smile; Sit here and let me hear your voice, I want to be with you awhile. That walk you walk is familiar, The way you stand and dance is too; I'm thinking maybe, just maybe The man of my dreams could be you. So you are on this year's Wish List 'Cause I really want you right here; To share in the festivities On New Year's Eve year after year. © Copyright 1999-2007 Caryl Ramsdale. All rights reserved. |
