FOR LOVE'S SAKE
to Donald L. [Toots] Casey

These two commands are greatest,
Love God first, then love others;
We're kinsmen, under the skin,
Treat everyone as brothers.
Shine like stars in dark of night,
Be what God wants you to be;
Serve mankind, be unselfish,
Like the Man from Galilee.
He was born a living man
And served others all His days;
He stayed obedient and
Demonstrated humble ways.
This man gave, lost, served, and died,
Struggled each day, just like you;
He leaned on the Almighty
For pure strength and comfort too.
"His name will be called Jesus,
It's the greatest name I' ll make";
God said raising His Son to
His place on high for love's sake.
