We look forward to Easter,
It's observed once every year;
During one of two spring months
When budding flowers appear.
In the west where the sunsets,
Easter Sunday can arrive;
As soon as, March twenty-two,
Late as, April twenty-five.
March twenty-one determines
If Easter's early or late;
Note the full-moon that's charted
On or in front of that date.
The first Sunday that follows
The first Full Moon you just found;
Is the date we'll celebrate
Easter Sunday in our town.
Some folks here will tell stories
Of one man other men killed;
Some will tell of a bunny
And all the baskets he's filled.
