Happy Easter! TEARS IN A BOTTLE COLLECTION
Caryl Ramsdale, American Poet
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. I CORINTHIANS 11:28 KJV
IN COMMUNION
to Tim Casey

When he entered the room One knew
The prophecy had been fulfilled;
Judas had already been paid—
Soon his betrayed friend would be killed.
There were twelve chosen apostles
Seated at the table that night.
Satan was there inside Judas—
When Jesus taught them what was right.
Humbly God's Son thanked His Father—
Then broke bread—called it His body.
Searched eyes round the table and said,
"Do this in remembrance of Me."
Each man tasted one broken piece—
After that they never forgot—
The sound only breaking bread makes
Had saved them from an evil plot.
Jesus raised a full wine chalice—
A symbol of blood that would spill—

"Do this in remembrance of me,"
He whispered, "It's my Father's will."
The Lord's Supper—Breaking of Bread
Is done to unite everyone.
If you know His voice you're worthy
To share His death in Communion.
