CALVARY SAVED YOU

Life is like a river flowing
It has a beginning and end.
It's deep and wide, shallow and thin,
It will twist, turn, arc and bend.
Rivers can beautify the land
Or flood and destroy aimlessly.
They follow a definite course
As they make their way toward the sea.
There's one difference between the two—
Life's directions belong to souls
That can choose divine influence
Or man's legalism controls.
There's only one way to heaven,
One way that gives a guarantee;
Believe that Jesus is God's son
And you will see eternity.
Trust Him, He is the Good Shepherd
The New Testament refers to;
Jesus gave His life on the cross—
His death at Calvary saved you.
