Today my mommy called me an angel,
God made angels 'cause my daddy said so;
God's angels peek out God's windows at me,
He made them beautiful. That's all I know.
My mommy said I sing like an angel,
It's a God-gift 'cause my daddy said so;
Everybody gets one real special gift,
I love pretty music. That's all I know.
Mommy told me I have a guardian angel,
To keep me safe 'cause my daddy said so;
There's one in a picture at grandma's house,
It's humongous. That's all I know.
Mommy and daddy love me a whole bunch,
I know it's true, 'cause my daddy said so;
I love them back and I love Jesus too,
They all love me special. That's all I know.
P.S. God made the whole wide world. That's all I know.
